Laminic is a brand new 2023 cruise ready 44ft sailing catamaran. She presents a rare opportunity to the discerning buyer who is looking for a circumnavigation ready yacht and eager to move aboard and start enjoying the Maverick Life. Like all Maverick yachts, she is certified under the European Recreational Craft Directive as CE Category A: Open Ocean. The modern galley is practical and is fitted with large surface Corian counter tops. Its convection microwave oven, 4-burner gas hob, double sink, pull out waste bin, built in SMEG dish washer and Insinkerator completes the cooking experience. A 4- drawer fridge freezer combination offers substantial volume for long distance cruising or shorter distance entertainment cruises. The forward facing nav station ensures a safe and comfortable sailing experience across all sea states. The Raymarine RealVision sonar provides a unique 3D image of the seabed while sailing. The hulls are extra wide, offering large cabins with queen-sized, extra length, island beds in the aft cabins, plenty of storage and very good load-carrying capacity. The four cabins sleep eight people comfortably with an additional day bed in the cockpit that can accommodate two more persons. All cabins and bathrooms are cross ventilated and have modern finishes. Laminic is equipped with two soft start air conditioning units that circulates ample cooling air to both aft state cabins and the saloon.

A fully equipped bathroom is located in each of the port and starboard hulls. Laminic is unique in that she has a 3rd head and shower located in the starboard peak. This arrangement allows the starboard forward cabin to be converted into a dedicated crew cabin. Its direct access to the deck allows the skipper or hostess to go about his/her duties without interfering with the privacy of the guests. The cockpit offers a perfect entertainment area with ample seating. The cockpit table and cushions can be converted in an instant into a day bed. A second table can be lowered as a drinks table. The cockpit and transoms are enhanced with durable light weight flexiteak. An extra-long fold down ladder mounted on the port side transom provides easy access to water related activities. The yacht is fitted with a hot & cold fresh water transom shower.

The newly designed hard top bimini, with tanning deck, drinks table and U-shaped seating provides ample space for relaxation. This adds to the multiple entertainment areas that is a key feature of this yachts. Suttle concealed lighting, located throughout the yacht, transforms this catamaran for after sunset enjoyment. The yacht comes fitted with the latest Fusion onboard entertainment package.
